Session 3 got off to a flying start today with plenty of trips, activities and relaxation. Some campers went off the mountain to enjoy trips to Charlestown and a cookout, whilst others stayed here at camp and enjoyed plenty of activities.
This afternoon's activities included:
Pool: Free Swim
Arts and Crafts: Stained Glass
Sports and Games: Lawn Games
Performing Arts: Desert Island
Nature: Leaf Printing
The pool program and sports and games were moved inside this afternoon because of the rainy weather. Campers still got to have a quick swim and play some lawn games, but for the most part sports and games and pool combined and taught the campers some very energetic dance routines to keep everyone smiling!
Now campers are sitting down to a dinner of chicken fajitas made by Bill Morgan. Bill is lending a helping hand in the kitchen tonight so that our amazing camp chef Mr. Rick and his wife Janet can celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary! Congratulations guys!!
Tonight's evening activity is going to be a trivia night, so watch out for photos of that tomorrow! Let's hope all our campers have got their thinking caps on!
