We have started off to a busy 12 days here at Camp Greentop, and we have so much more fun that we can't fit it all on here! Saturday marked the first day of trips starting with the Catoctin Zoo, where campers got to get an up close and personal interaction with wildlife! Then a group went to the Hagerstown Suns local baseball game to watch home runs and strikes! Yesterday we went to Adventure Park USA is a camp favorite with roller coasters, go karts, laser tag, arcade games, and so much more! Then a big group headed to Baker Park in Frederick to listen to their local Summerfest music series and dance the night away!
Today started off with a trip to Cunningham Falls right here on the mountain with a picnic lunch and a relaxing time on the beach! One of the big trips of the week was shopping in Gettysburg! Campers got a chance to shop, browse, eat, and more at the Outlets. Tonight's evening program theme-- CASINO NIGHT!! WOOT WOOT! Campers got a chance to play blackjack, roulette, higher or lower, craps, and more! They gambled tickets in all games and got a chance to win over 50 tickets!
